COMMON FITTING PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

The trousers around the back area - back crotch area is too tight.
The shape of the back crotch (= Centre Back) is too short.
SOLUTION (SEE ALSO ATTACHED ILLUSTRATIONS):
Figure A: The back trouser pattern
Figure B: Cut horizontally from the centre back through to the side seam. Try not to cut through the side seam.
Figure C: Open this line by about 1 to 2 cm - not more, otherwise it might affect the fit.
Figure D: Reshape the centre back
Should the centre back area be still too tight after the fitting, extend the centre back, where it meets the inside leg seam, by another 1 to 2 cm.
