On the download page, click on the blue button and you will be able to download the purchased element.
You also receive a confirmation email with the possibility to download the product from there.
Please note that you have 3 tries to download the product on to your computer. Make sure that you save the information in a way that you can access it at any time (i.e. memory stick, external hard drive..)
All downloads are hosted off site and are supplied by payhip.
Download and open a file
The files you have downloaded will be a .zip file. You need to unzip the files first. Many computers have zip software already installed; so if you double click on the file and it automatically opens, you have the necessary software already installed.
Should you not have any zip software, go to places like sourceforge.net - this is a free open source download centre.
The extracted files are .pdf files. You will need a pdf reader to view the files. If you do not have a reader, download one, free-of-charge, from www.adobe.com.
You have up to 5 attempts to download the file. Please make sure that you store your purchased files on a storage device (such as a USB stick) after the downloading process to avoid any loss of your purchased information!
Downloading for phone users
For some phone users, the downloading process might be blocked. This is because some companies (especially those who use Apple products) are protective about 3rd party downloads onto their devices. In this case, please download the material on your computer.
Printing the file
You will need A4 (standard) paper to print the purchased file. Make sure, that you have sufficient paper in your printer. All pages of an element should be printed in the correct order.
Please note that all content of our elements, including free images, text and patterns/blocks on this site, are automatically copyrighted to this site (the pattern cutting place) under UK copyright law.
Therefore all text, designs/images and patterns/blocks are for personal use only.
